Great British Food Revival Gets the Juice on Blackcurrants | November 2011
Regular viewers of Great British Food Revival on BBC2 will have seen a lengthy slot on our client British Blackcurrants.
The purple-themed episode focused on currants and beetroots. Cirkle’s food+drink team worked closely with the show over the summer to set up filming at British blackcurrant farms, and at the Hutton Institute – the largest blackcurrant research facility in Europe.
The dream coverage, which featured key messages on the health benefits of blackcurrants, totalled 8 minutes and was worth nearly £400,000 (AVE).
