We’re committed to the highest standards of training through our interactive Raising The Bar programme which spans a multitude of areas from People Management right through to ‘Creative Ninja’ development. Meanwhile, our Colour Insights analyse staff’s individual personality types to optimise self-awareness and team/client dynamics. All of this has contributed to us being the first and only agency ever to receive 100% accreditation (PRCA CMS) across 8 key criteria, one of which is ‘Outstanding People Development’.
Innovative employee engagement
Our enterprising employee engagement programme sees us banning holidays for the Leadership Team (enabling them to determine their own allocation), and we also have other inventive offerings such as Birthday Roulette!
Flexibility
Our flexible working ethos sets us apart and everyone from Account Manager and above works from home on a Friday. We are keen supporters of the annual National Work-Life Week and initiatives have included lock-outs for staff to ensure they leave work on time.
