We’re extremely proud to have won the prestigious Business Culture Achievement Award for companies with under 250 employees at last week’s Business Culture Awards.
The awards recognise exceptional employer brands and reward forward-thinking companies for accelerating team and business performance by putting culture at the heart of their strategic model. Judges included senior figures from Swiss Re, Innocent, BT, Ministry of Defence, Mencap and Vodafone and other winners and finalists on the night included high profile companies including Lloyds, Capgemini, Kellogg, Sky, Dr Martens, VW and John West.
Our innovative employee engagement initiatives continue to underpin how collaborative, committed, loyal and productive our teams are and also remain one of our top drivers for new talent. Our ongoing focus on health & fitness benefits, becoming a majority employee-owned business in April along with our newly defined purpose, values and recent rebrand, see us continually setting our teams (and clients) up for success.
