Cirkle has all the ‘agency stuff’ you would expect – a shorter work day on Fridays, team nights out, surprise and delight activities, an entertainment and culture team, summer parties, holiday parties, Thursday parties (okay that last one is a joke) – but it’s not all about fun and games.
